This fragment was used as a book cover. Two pages are especially damaged. It has what appears to be water spots, and it seems to have been heavily used; some parts are illegible.
Foliation/Pagination:
There is no visible pagination/foliation. The lack of continuity in the rubrics implies that there were other folia inserted in-between.

Size: Bifolium 400 x 520 mm. Text area: 325 x 215/222 mm. Ruled with 26 lines (13 lines used for the text, 13 for the music above it).

Remarks:
