Description of the notation: 

Semi-mensural notation over a 5-line red staff with C and F clefs.

Decoration: 
Decorated capitals in gold, blue and red; the more elaborated is the one on folio 1v, a capital "P" with a frame in blue, gold and red. Blue and red initials. Black cadelled initials. Rubrics in red.
Remarks: 
Index later added on folio 1r. The book seems to be incomplete, appearing to be the first part of a larger book later rebound.
