Single-page fragment in bad condition. The fragment was trimmed to fit the book it currently covers, the trimming caused loss of contents at the top of the page and along one vertical edge. Ink vanished on the recto (external cover). Fragment unreadable in many points.

Description of the notation:
Large size neumes around a red line. Custodes. The difference between a lozenge and a more or less square punctum is clearly defined. The lozenge is used consistently either in isolation or as part of a descending/ascending patterns of two or more notes on one syllable. Red lines for notation were prepared on the recto but notation was not added on all chants. However, all the red lines bear a clef (respectively F, G, b, and F).
