The fragment was used as cover of the 'Livro Mixto' (born 5/5/1566-22/10/1613; married 29/1/1565-11/7/1616) of Silvares - Santa Maria. Folios Ar and Bv were the external cover and are now in much poorer condition and almost unreadable. Library sticker on fol. Ar. Irregular borders, the top and bottom edges of the fragment are torn with loss of contents.
