The binding is backed with parchment covered with decorative paper, while the front is made of cardboard with decorative paper glued on it.
Foliation/Pagination: 
19 folios: since the two initial folios are part of the binding, we identify them as guard-leaves to differentiate them from the remaining folios. The latter are paginated in Arabic numerals: numbering starts at 2 on the verso of the fifth folio, and ends at 28 on the verso of folio 18; folio 19 is left unnumbered.

Some initials in black or red with decorations in the same colors, and others with phytomorphic decorations in varied colors. The folios 1v, 2r and p. 1 are illuminated with phytomorphic elements. Folio 1v presents a blazon which is identical with that of Santa Maria de Seiça.
