Mutilated all around, causing absence of content on upper margins and outer margin of folio A. Humidity, dirtiness and wear, especially on folios Av and Br, where the text is hardly legible or completely illegible. Severely damaged at the centre of the bifolio.

On the bottom margin of the verso side of folio B, current shelf-mark (NOT/CNPRT01/001/0033) and alternative shelf-mark (K/7/5/1-2.12), both on pencil.
Remarks:
Horseshoe nail script (Hufnagelschrift).
