Some inscriptions added by later hands on the verso provide important information on the provenance of the fragment.
Remarks:
P. Avelino de Jesus da Costa referes to this fragment as: "126 – Número 4 – Tombo de Santa Maria de Abadim e Santo André das Taias, 1547". Abadim is located ca 50 m east of Braga while the Parrish of Santo André of Taias (now extinguished) was originally located ca 50 km north of Braga.
