Overall the fragment is in good condition despite some damage. Indeed, the external and lower edges have been trimmed with loss of contents.
Page layout:
Size of the fragment: ca 292 x 217 mm. Text and music arranged in one full-page column: ca 280 x 185 mm. 26 text lines, some with notation.

Aquitanian (Portuguese variety)
Decoration:
Red initials, some with red filigree designs; rubrics in red.
Inscriptions and marks:
On fol. Ar, top of the page, there are two modern inscriptions: "Caixa 282, n° 1" in blue ink and "100" in red ink. On fol. Bv there are two inscriptions:"Santa Comba de Eiras" was added at the top of the page and the text is now partially trimmed; the second inscription "Santa Comba d'Eiras" was written reversed with respect to the text and it is located in the bottom half of the page (Eiras is located ca 50 km north of Braga).
