Badly damaged. The fragment is made of two bifolios pasted one above the other. The fragment is readable only one side (image: "A - B"). The upper bifolio contains some texts from the Book of Maccabees. The lower bifolio is almost completely covered by the upper fragment. It is barely possible to read some notated chants for the Holy Saturday (on "B") and another unidentified chant (on "A"). The fragment was used as book cover.
